week 7 or 8 idk lol

This week about 8 people from room 21 went to H.N.H.S for a swim in their pool. It was very fun. It was nice because it was a warm day so it cooled us off. But after about 10 minutes it started to rain , so we walked back to class. ( but it was fun while it lasted ) . In maths I finished a whole section on maths buddy , and i'm proud of myself. In tech ( I am in hard materials ) we are working on our usb. Im making my usb for my step dad . Its his christmas present. I had a pretty good week :) 

week 4

Today was athletics. We did sprints 200 meters and 100 meters. In 200 meters I came 3rd. I can't remember what I got for 100 meters. Vortex was boring and everything else was boring apart sprints and the break. My legs hurt from sprints. I am very tired from athletics. I'm excited to go home and sleep.

week 3

This week for p.e we played tee ball. We didn't play tee ball at primary school.  This week I also wrote a story about...the meter man. I enjoyed writing this.  I tried to use suspense in it.
I learnt to halve big numbers by splitting them and I am learning to order numbers to a million.
I also made an alien alphabet and each letter used a different code. In hard materials I made a keyring. It was a chanel bottle for my mum.

week 2 term 4

This week in p.e we did shot put we also did vortex. I liked vortex the most because when you throw it some of them whistle. It sounds cool. We have also done journal sheets. I did one about some pigs and they ruined a wedding. This week in homework I worked on my punctuation. I had to figure out the correct punctuation. Then a detective and a forensic officer came in and showed us how to analyse fingerprints , and detect dna. I also did a mr martini quiz and got 100 % on it. I also figured out what I'm going to be for halloween. I'm going to be a black cat or a bunny , or a unicorn.

week7

This week I worked on my times table , and I also did a maths test. In art I started a new art piece. First we cut a face out of a magazine , then we glued it onto a piece of paper. Then we drew them crazy hair, some people zentangle it but others water colored it.

week 5

This week I learnt my 9 x table eg 1 x 9 = 9 , 2 x 9 = 18 , 3 x 9 = 27 and on and on. On wednesday we did kids yoga. We did lots of different exercises like , breathing , and poses. In tech we made mini pita bread pizzas on mine I put ham , pineapple , tomatoes , mushroom , pizza sauce , and cheese. I have also been working on my year 7 speech , my speech is about why every child should own a pet. I have also made a poster about friends , it has a friendship quote and a picture. Last week I got the principal's award I got it for being a upstander. In maths I learnt to play speed place value.

week 1 term 3

This week in maths I have learnt how to convert kilograms into grams and vice versa. I also had to choose what one was heaviest an example - 31540 g or  3.154 kg . This week I am starting my planning for the science fair.  My question is , what is the chemical reaction between pva glue and borax to make slime. This term I have started a new tech and I am doing food tech.  On the first day we made fruit kebabs using apples , mandarins , bananas , and kiwi fruit. They were so yummy. A lady called Tracy came into our class and taught us some Mandarin ( the language ) , she taught us a song and she taught us some words in Mandarin.

   

week 9

This week I started another project about Pretty Little Liars. It's about what the shows about , and its also about all the girls and who plays them. On maths buddy I have done 2 digit subtraction ( with trading ) .  I have posted on seesaw , I posted about my starbucks presentation. I have made pizza dough for on friday because Lily and Sophie made a pizza workshop and on friday we are putting toppings on the pizza then we are cooking them. This week was just the same as usual.

week 8

This week I auditioned for our class play Alice In Wonderland. I auditioned for Alice , the queen of hearts and the mouse. The part I got was the mouse YAY , that was the part I wanted so I was very happy. Now I have to try memorize the script. In science tech we made sherbert , we used ..... icing sugar , baking soda , tartaric acid ( a very very sour acid , and yes it is edible ) citric acid ( another very sour acid , it is also edible. The sherbert was gross but it was also good at the same time , I didn't really like it. overall I had a normal week :)

Week 7

This week I have ......

1. Learnt a new dance with Wikitoria.

2. I have learnt how to sing higher in my private singing lessons ( outside of school ).

3. I have learnt that immunization shots hurt really bad.

4. I have learnt how to do a front flip on a trampoline. 

5. I now need to learn about decimals and learn my timestables.

atoms are very, very, very, very, very, very, small , you can only see them under a special microscope. 

atom means : that which can't be cut , that which is uncuttable it's a Greek word which means it is indivisible, which means it can't  be divided further or can't be cut further.

My Egg Update

Last week I showed you my egg, Unicorn, and her house but recently I have changed her house around.
This is her house. She has a lounge, a chilling out area, and a bedroom with a ensuite. Last thursday was she birthday and she turned 5 months. She got lots of presents! Her favourite presents were a new couch and a little shelf. I really hope Unicorn doesn't break.I want Unicorn to grow up and be an actress ( even though she is already famous ).

In room 21 we are doing the egg challenge Alex and I (Ruby) thought it would be a fun challenge for the class. My egg is called unicorn. In the challenge your egg has to have a face , a name , and a home. My eggs house is made in a shoe box.
